Biography

Padraig is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA). Padraig also has a first-class honours degree in Finance. Over the past 15 years, he has written and lectured extensively for a number of professional and industry bodies including Enterprise Ireland, The Irish Taxation Institute and the ACCA.

 

He was previously Head of Real Estate for one of the Big 6 Accounting firms where he specialised in advising clients in the Construction sector and Property development. During this time he advised on large residential and commercial developments, structuring investment into Ireland from abroad, public private partnerships and infrastructure projects.

 

In recent years we have diversified our client portfolio and Padraig now advises companies in the technology, financial services, energy, hotel, and retail sectors on corporate reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions, expansion abroad, Succession Planning, private equity investment, Share Schemes and tax efficient financing.
